8020 is a self-custodial wallet for holding and sending tokens on popular blockchains. 8020 does not provide exchange services. Any token swaps are executed by the user through interacting with decentralized protocols permissionlessly. 8020 does not have access to user assets at any time.

No KYC is required to use 8020. However, if you use the built-in third party fiat onramp solutions (e.g. purchasing USDC with debit card using Banxa), KYC may be required by third-party providers. 8020 does not have access to any KYC information.

Yes. Your assets are stored in a self-custodial wallet powered by Privyarrow-up-right, an embedded wallet infrastructure. All transactions require your approval from your device.

8020 supports all popular blockchain networks including Solana, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BSC, Optimism and Polygon, with more to be added over time based on demand. All tokens with sufficient liquidity on these networks are supported.

Go to Deposit, select Crypto and choose a network, copy your 8020 wallet address, and send USDC from your other wallet or exchange by entering the copied 8020 wallet address. Most deposits arrive within seconds.

All buys and sells are routed through USDC, a regulated and fully backed digital dollar. This protects users from the price fluctuations of more volatile assets.

Yes. You can purchase USDC with fiat currencies via built-in third party providers. Go to Deposit, select Fiat, choose your location, and complete the purchase on the third party provider's website.

No. 8020 sponsors gas fees for all transactions, so you don’t need to hold ETH, SOL or other native tokens in order to transact on supported networks.

8020 charges 1% from each buy and sell, with a minimum of $0.2 on Solana and other EVM chains, and a minimum of $5 on Ethereum to cover operating costs and improve our services. You can enjoy fee discounts by leveling up your VIP level. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

There are no fees for deposits. For withdraws and transfers out of 8020, there is a $0.1 flat fee on Solana and other EVM chains, and a $1 flat fee on Ethereum. This is to prevent spam transactions.

8020 does not charge any fees. Third party providers may charge a fee and the amount may vary based on the provider you choose.

Security & Wallet Management

Yes. Go to Settings - Export keys - Export for your chosen network. Follow instructions and copy your private key. This is only recommended for experienced users as managing private key requires strong security precautions.

Yes. Your wallet is linked to your login account, so logging in with the same credentials restores access. Alternatively you can export your private key to manage your wallet elsewhere.
